I began my photography journey at the age of 17 in New York, which is arguably the ultimate playground for any photographer. Here I learned the basics of composition, aperture, shutter speed and ISO. I later embarked on an exciting career in the United States Air Force as an air launch cruise missile maintenance technician. Serving my country took me to incredible heights—literally and figuratively—where precision and discipline became second nature. Amidst the adrenaline and high-stakes environment, I never lost sight of my passion for capturing the world's beauty through my lens. My military service and where I was stationed gave me the opportunity to capture a different type of photography, nature, beautiful landscapes and people who believe in community. A distinct difference from the concrete jungle.

Discovering the natural beauty of North Dakota rekindled my passion for photography. I have since dedicated myself to capturing the essence of local events while providing photography services directly to the people. Notable projects include photographing Walhalla's 175th Celebration and the yearly Cavalier Off the Charts Music Festival. My work has been featured on the Cavalier Chronicle and the Grand Forks Herald, showcasing my commitment to excellence and my love for storytelling through images. Now, I focus on covering a wide range of events—from weddings, portraits, community festivities and even real estate shoots—to build my portfolio and gain valuable experience while serving my community. I currently reside in Neche, ND with my wife and four spoiled cats.
